Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EventFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

EventFlow provides cloud-based event management software: event creation, registration management, attendee management, and related tools. We offer free and paid subscription plans.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You must not use EventFlow to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Collect personal data without consent
• Impersonate others or misrepresent events
• Engage in fraudulent activities or ticket fraud
• Attempt to compromise platform security

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. You own your event and attendee data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor.

EventFlow and its codebase, design, and branding are owned by EventFlow Technologies. You retain full ownership of content you upload (event descriptions, images, etc.).

EventFlow is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after the notice date constitutes acceptance.
